Questions budget holders ask

What does Copilot training cost?

Training is priced per session, not per seat. A half-day session for up to 15 people starts at $2,500, a full-day workshop for up to 12 starts at $4,500, and a two-day admin cohort for up to 10 starts at $8,500. Rollout programs for larger organizations get a fixed written quote.

How long does it take to train our staff?

Most staff need a half day to use Copilot well on their own work. Power users need a full day, and admins need one to two days for Copilot Studio and governance. A rollout usually trains every group within a few weeks.

Do our people need Copilot licenses before training?

For the hands-on labs, yes. Staff with only Copilot Chat can still attend. Leaders often take the executive briefing before buying more licenses, which tends to be the right order.

Can training come out of a training or professional development budget?

Usually, yes. Every session has a fixed price, and single sessions fall under the federal micro-purchase threshold, so most commercial and government buyers fund them from existing training budgets.

Do you train teams on GCC and GCC High?

Yes. Every course is delivered for commercial, GCC, and GCC High tenants, and the labs use only the features available in your cloud.

What happens after training?

Most teams come back with a short list of agents and automations they want built. We build those too, from a single Copilot Studio agent to a six to eight week AI Jumpstart.
